Visits coming for junior CB Walker

2013 cornerback Brian Walker has had two offers for a while now. The Charlotte (N.C.) Mallard Creek prospect broke down the latest with his recruitment and more.
"It's still two offers right now," he said. "Wake Forest is contacting me a little bit and I don't know if anything is going to happen between us. They like me and they'd like to see me in action soon.
"Wake Forest is the most I've really contacted with. I have heard from Florida too."

Walker plans to head out to some games this fall when he finds time.
"I'm definitely going to try to get back down to South Carolina," he said. "Auburn might happen. It's kind of a long shot since they are far. Most likely I will visit South Carolina and Wake Forest though. I have no idea when right now."
Does anyone lead?
"South Carolina is probably somewhat of my leader," he said. "Auburn is nice, and if Wake Forest were to offer they'd be up there with South Carolina.
"I like the direction South Carolina is going to winning. They are turning their program around and it's a championship environment. Wake Forest is rebuilding from what they had before. I kind of would like to be part of a rebuilding stage."
The 5-foot-11, 170-pounder is holding out hope that his favorite school comes in.
"Georgia used to be one of my favorite schools," he said. "It's just the team, Herschel Walker, A.J. Green and Knowhon Moreno."
Walker and Mallard Creek have opened with a 2-0 record topping Sun Valley 52-21 last week and Butler the week before 28-20.
"I've done pretty well," he said. "I thought I did better against Sun Valley. I got an interception, four tackles and a fumble recovery.
"I think I'm more confident in my game this year and I'm getting a better flow."
