Visit No. 4 For Four-Star TE

Four-star tight end Jonathan Stupar from State College (Pa.) State College Area has set up his fourth official visit. And it may surprise some people where he's headed.
"Jonathan is going to Iowa for an official visit the weekend of Oct. 4 for their homecoming game against Purdue," said Steve Stupar, Jonathan's father. "Coach Ferentz has been personally involved with the recruitment of Jon from the get-go which has played a key role in them getting a visit. "

Although Iowa wasn't considered a front-runner for Stupar with teams like Virginia and Florida State apparently in the lead, the Hawkeyes have been recruiting the 6-foot-5, 245-pounder hard.
"They have been hard after Jon since they first saw him," his father said. "Coach Philbin and coach Morgan have done a remarkable job of presenting the University of Iowa and the benefits and possibilities for Jon as a student and as an athlete."
Stupar has already visited Virginia (Sept. 6) and now has official dates with Iowa, Arizona State (Sept. 27 -- this weekend) and Florida State (Oct. 26). So who gets the fifth?
"UCLA or Miami possibly," Jonathan's father said. "Notre Dame is also a possibility as well as Boston College. We're not sure just yet."
And is there a leader?
"Not really," he said. "Everyone has an equal chance and they're all recruiting him hard. Jonathan is going to have a tough time with the final call because he can fit in at any of his choices. I'm not sure what it will come down to."
