Skinny: Ellis is one of the top players in Virginia this year and is an outstanding pass rusher. He’s already been offered by Virginia and should have quite a few more offers by the time his senior season rolls around.
“I’m an aggressive player with good pass rush moves and I use good technique,” said Ellis. “I consider myself a hard worker and I’m always trying to get to the ball.”
Ellis will camp at James Madison, Virginia Tech, Virginia and East Carolina this summer in hopes of impressing recruiters. He’s currently receiving mail from more than 40 schools and wants to play for a school with a “winning program and a great defense.”
Ellis lists Virginia Tech as his current leader over Virginia and others.
