Virginia DE schedules officials

Just over a week ago, Virginia Beach (Va.) Tallwood defensive end Chris Johnson wrapped up his season. With the football season behind him, the 6-foot-4, 210-pounder is shifting his focus back to recruiting.
"The season ended two weeks ago and we beat Kellam who was ranked No. 9 in the region," he said. "We ended 4-6. I played well. I led the team in tackles for loss and sacks. I know I had about 35 tackles and three or four sacks."

Johnson already has two official visits set.
"I'm going to Northern Illinois on November 30th and Old Dominion on December 14th," he said. "Right now I still hold offers from Duke, Army, Eastern Michigan and Northern Illinois."
Do any schools lead for the two-star prospect?
"Right now I'd say ODU, Northern Illinois and William & Mary do," he said. "I like Old Dominion because I could be apart of their first team. Northern Illinois is good almost every year and they won the MAC recently, while William & Mary has good academics and play pretty good football too. I just want to go on these visits and see what happens."
