Virginia DE has two new offers
Defensive end Clinton Simpkins received his first offer last month from NC State. Since that time two other schools have offered. Are more on the way?
The 6-foot-4, 215-pound junior from Fredericksburg (Va.) Chancellor runs the 40-yard dash in 4.5 seconds. He said schools are recruiting him to play either defensive end or linebacker.

Does he have plans to visit any schools for spring practices or spring games?
"Not to my knowledge, no," Simpson said. "NC State offered me on the 14th of February. I recently went down to their junior day last Saturday. I got a chance to talk to all of the coaches."
Coach Willis has been responsible for recruiting Simpkins to NC State.
"I received a full scholarship from West Virginia on February 26," he continued. "West Virginia and NC State are about even right now. Also, my coach just informed me that I have received another scholarship from East Carolina."
Simpkins said he did not have a favorite.
