Virginia DE begins to get offers
Bealeton (Va.) Libery defensive end John Washington has pulled in three offers to date. Who has offered the 6-foot-2, 240-pounder and does he have any favorites?
"Right now I have three offers, one from VMI, one from Navy and another from Idaho State," he said. "I'm liking them all right now. I just have to look into them more and see which one is the best fit for me. I'm probably going to wait a few games into the season to check out my options."

Washington is also hearing from Towson and Liberty.
With interest popping up, what is Washington looking for in a college?
"Well, I want a really good environment. I want to learn a lot," he said. "I don't want to just go to college just so I can play football. I want to be able to make something with my life."
Washington had a solid season last year where he registered 45 tackles and 11 sacks.
"I think I'm a good pass rusher. On a pass play if you need a sack, I will get it."
