Vince Halls sets decision date
Chesapeake (Va.) Western Branch linebacker Vince Hall has finally named a decision date and time.
"It'll be between Virginia Tech and North Carolina and Vince is going to announce on Friday around noon in my office," said Western Branch head coach Lewis Johnston. "He'll break the heart of one school and make another one very happy."

Hall has visited Virginia Tech, North Carolina and Tennessee, but apparently the Heels and Hokies are his final two.
"I don't know which one he'll pick," said his coach. "We had a long talk last night and agreed it was time to pick a school and get on with things. I know he really likes both schools so it will be a very tough choice."
