Rivals.com Texas Recruiting Analyst Nick Krueger on the commitment of four-star wide receiver Joshua Moore to Texas on Sunday. Moore de-committed from Nebraska at the end of fall and chose Texas most notably over Oregon. Moore gives the Longhorns their third receiver commit from within the Rivals250 as part of its third-ranked class nationally.
