Nick Krueger joined Rivals.com as a multimedia producer in 2011 and has covered recruiting in the state of Texas since 2016. He also co-hosts and produces Rivals' weekly podcast, Commitment Issues.

Following Oregon's recent Saturday Night Live event, the commitments of Texas prospects Miles Battle, Verone McKinley (2018) and Arjei Henderson (2019) all have committed and have given the Ducks their latest major recruiting boost. Battle and Henderson are both effective receivers and McKinley is a smart cornerback. Oregon is making more and more headway in regions outside of the Pacific Northwest and Texas has been a major focal point of the Ducks' recruiting strategy.
