Hargrave Military Academy defensive tackle Olufemi Ajiboye (Chatham, Va.) has seen all the positives and negatives of recruiting. Ajiboye recently spoke on-camera to Rivals.com about committing, de-committing and then having his recruiter leave for another job. Through it all this Virginia Tech commit has prepared himself both on and off the field to succeed at the college level.
