Even though he's committed to Colorado, Houston Forest Brook running back Lawrence Vickers plans on taking other visits.
Those visits start this weekend, when Vickers, who has rushed for 677 yards this season, makes a trip to Boulder.
"I leave Saturday morning," Vickers said. "I'm looking forward to it. I would like to see more of Colorado and get to know all of the people."
But Vickers said the visit wouldn’t be his last. He has trips set up with Arkansas on Nov. 30 and Iowa on Dec. 7. LSU is also expected to get a visit from the 6-foot-1, 218-pounder.
"I'm still committed to Colorado," Vickers said. "I just need to make sure that I'm 100 percent sure about it. I won't know that until I see Colorado and know what it's like. I want to compare other places to it."
