Versatile Simmons ready for more

Jvon Simmons is catching the attention of many of the schools in the Mid-Atlantic and some from the west coast. The wide receiver from La Plata (Md.) has an offer from Toledo and it looks like more are on the way.
"I'm in contact with West Virginia, Maryland, Duke, Mississippi State, Rutgers, Ohio State, Washington and Stanford.

"I think my next offer is going to come from Pittsburgh or West Virginia," said the 6-foot-2, 200-pound junior. "Pitt keeps sending me a lot of letters. They also saw me at a camp and told me what I should work on and they seemed to really like me."
Has Simmons taken any other visits?
"I've visited Maryland, Pitt, Temple and West Virginia. I liked the West Virginia visit the most," he explained. "All of the visits were good but this one was the best because they were playing Maryland and that's a pretty big rivalry."
At this early stage, Simmons says there are a few schools sticking out to him.
"I like Pitt, Maryland and N.C. State. I haven't been to N.C. State yet but I know a couple of people there," said Simmons. "I'm looking for a school that has the major I want and that runs the type of offense I want, a spread offense.
"I also want to figure out how they are going to use me because I don't know what position I'm going to play.," he said. "Some schools are telling me I could play outside linebacker, tight end, wide receiver or safety."
Simmons is trying to figure out when and where his next visit will be.
