Veldheer says ND at top of his list
"I'm looking at pretty much the same schools," Grand Rapids (Mich.) Forest Hills Northern offensive lineman Jared Veldheer said. "Michigan State, Notre Dame, Western Michigan, Cornell, Purdue, and Stanford.
"I'm just sending out film on Tuesday to all those schools. I don't have any offers yet.

"I probably like Notre Dame best. I went to the Notre Dame-Stanford game. I might go to their game against Pitt this weekend. And I went to the Michigan State-Notre Dame game."
The 6-foot-8, 270 pound Veldheer began his senior season playing tight end. He moved to center around the middle of the season and stayed at that position for the remainder of the campaign. Veldheer is projected as an offensive tackle in college.
