Vegas behemoth to be Ram tough

The city of Las Vegas will turn out another prospect to the D-I level Rivals100 West learned. Offensive lineman Daniel Crews (6-5, 270, and 5.35) from Las Vegas, Nev., high school has committed to the Colorado State Rams.
In an earlier interview with Las Vegas head coach Kris Cinkovich he this to say about his offensive lineman who is CSU bound, “Daniel is good and getting better. He has benefited greatly with the presence of his dad and his position coach Art Plunkett. Daniel is always working on his technique and is overall blocking skill.”

Crews’ father Ron Crews played for UNLV in the 1970’s. Daniel’s position coach Art Plunkett was a teammate of his father at UNLV and also played in the NFL with Cardinals and Patriots. So Daniel is being well-schooled in the nuances of the game.
Crews is not the finished product so his best days on the gridiron are ahead of him. He has the work ethic and motivation to become the best player he can possibly be.
The Rams land Crews over interest from Oregon State, UNLV, Boise State and Utah.
