VAs Davis excited for Nebraska official

Rivals250 safety Greg Davis out of Blue Ridge, Va. will be heading on his first official visit of the season to Nebraska this weekend. We talked to the 6-foot-2, 198-pounder with 4.5-second speed's coach Michael Alley to see what the prospect is thinking about heading into the visit.
"On Friday he's going to make the trip to Nebraska for an official visit," he said. "He's very excited about the trip. I think he's especially looking forward to seeing the stadium with over 100,000 people because that's overwhelming for a young man. He's excited to see the program and see what is best for him."

The four-star prospect has not scheduled any other official visits yet.
"We play most of our games on Saturday so that has gotten in the way," he said. "I believe he might have opened up to a lot of schools though. I tell him to keep his options open and take all his official visits to see what's best for him."
With Blue Ridge School's close proximity to Charlottesville, coach Alley thinks Davis will attend some Virginia Cavalier games this season. So far the prospect hasn't made the trip.
The No. 9 safety in the country has received plenty of calls since September 1st.
"I know Nebraska, Virginia Tech, Virginia, North Carolina State and West Virginia call," he said. "Those guys keep in constant contact with Greg because they call and leave messages with me a lot."
This season Davis has helped Blue Ridge to a 2-1 start.

He's not doing that bad this season and I think he's playing just as well as last year. I think he has more confidence and improved on his technique, strength and speed."Here to view this Link.
