VA lineman Scott is getting interest

Recruiting is heating up for Staunton (Va.) Robert E. Lee lineman A.J. Scott. A versatile prospect that plays both ways, colleges in the ACC, Big East and Conference USA are already eyeing him.
"I'm getting interest from Virginia, Richmond, Delaware, Duke, Marshall and I also get letters from Georgia, Connecticut, Virginia Tech and Boston College," he said. "I'm interested in Tennessee, Georgia and possibly Virginia.

"I really want to visit some of those schools and they are close. I also like the way they play the game and carry themselves."
Scott is looking for a bit more out of a school.
"I'm probably looking to be a business management major," he said. "Location doesn't really matter. I just want a college that suits me best."
At 6-foot-5, 265-pounds Scott has the ability to play either side of the ball.
"I prefer defense, defensive tackle," he said. "I hit and don't give up. I go 100% on every play. I'm still working to get faster."
