UVA Lands Big Fish
Fort Myers (Fla.) Estero offensive tackle Randy Hand committed to Virginia this weekend as many had expected.
"We're on our way back to Florida now, but Randy had a great time and committed," said Randy's father, Randy Sr. "We always liked Virginia, but this weekend just cemented that for us. It was a great visit and Virginia is the perfect fit for him."

Hand, a 6-foot-6, 300-pounder, is one of the top offensive tackles in the country. He's rated as the 8th best tackle by Rivals.com and would be a great fit on the left side for the next four years. Hand is physically ready to play as a true freshman.
"We're very excited that it's over," said Randy Hand Sr. "We liked North Carolina alot, but Virginia just blew us away. Mike London is a great person and did the best job of anyone recruiting Randy."
