UVA, Duke, Iowa lead for DE/FB

With interest from Virginia, West Virginia, Duke, Indiana and Iowa, defensive end and fullback Brandon King is a prospect who is starting to receive some serious recruiting looks early for the class of 2006.
The 6-foot-2, 240-pounder out of Doylestown (Pa.) Central Bucks West is also hoping to see some interest from South Carolina in the future.

King helped Central Bucks West to a 9-2 record as they lost in the first round of the playoffs. He went on to post 700 yards rushing.
"This year we proved a lot of people wrong, and showed a lot of heart on the field," King said. "It was my second year starting and I improved on blocking and running low, but this was my first year on defense and I improved on that a lot."
Who is King interested in so far?
"I'd say Virginia, Iowa and Duke are my top three right now," he said. "I'm just looking for a good location with a good coach and solid academics. I'm also looking at the style of school and how they play football."
So what is his best attribute?
"I think it is how quick I am for my size and I'm deceiving, I do more than it looks like I can."
King has already taken an unofficial visit to Virginia.
"Everyone is really nice there and they have a good campus, I like it a lot."
Currently, King is being recruited as a fullback and defensive end, but which does he prefer to play in college?
"I'd rather play fullback, I have just been playing offense my whole life."
This summer King is planning on attending the Virginia summer camp.
