UTEP will get Adams first trip

The time is right for Fort Worth (Texas) Everman wide receiver/safety prospect Kristofer Adams to start taking his visits and with one offer in the book, it's to the school that's been in the mix for some time.
Arkansas, Louisiana-Monroe, and Iowa State have been showing new interest in the 6-foot-3, 175-pound two-way player, but since UTEP offered some time ago, Adams pretty much knew where he wanted to visit first.

"They've just called me and asked me how I'm doing in games," Adams said about calls to UTEP. "Then of course they always ask when I'm going to visit. I've got that set up now for Oct. 22."
With their offer in the book, Adams thinks it's pretty simple to see who the favorite team is right now.
"It's fair to say they're my top team because they're the only school that's offered at this point," Adams said.
As for another offer, Adams isn't quite sure who could possibly join that group. UTEP was his only camp over the summer and he believes that has been the difference.
"The other schools on my list haven't seen me up close in a camp situation like UTEP," he said. "That's why I don't know who else would offer."
Adams is unsure as to when he will make his final decision. Everman is 4-2 on the year and Adams has been lining up at both receiver and corner this season.
