UTEP gets one Moore commitment
Houston Jersey Village standout defensive end Chris Moore was scheduled to visit Kansa this upcoming weekend and he had already visited both UTEP and Tulane. In the end, he went with his first impression.
“I’ve committed to UTEP,” Moore, a two-star selection that is 6-foot-2 and 245 pounds, said.

“I just felt a better connection there with everything. I liked how they’re an up-and-coming program, and they have a lot of people excited about football in El Paso.
“I liked the other schools that I looked at, but in the end I just felt right with my decision to go to UTEP.”
Moore had offers on the table from UTEP, Baylor, Kansas, New Mexico and Tulane.
