Check out his offer list.
According to his father, Ryan Holt, Austin added an impressive Pac 10 offer to his list this past weekend after an unofficial visit.
"He already had offers from Utah and BYU and was kind of thinking about maybe making an early decision, but then we went to Eugene this weekend for an unofficial visit," Ryan Holt said. "The coaches offered him while he was up there. He was sitting down with all the coaches at dinner, and they told him he had an offer to come play with the Ducks.
"It was a really impressive setting. The game was great. They trounced the UCLA and it's a really impressive set up. That's three really good offers, and we're hoping he gets even more as he moves along over the next couple of months."
Along with mail from most of the Pac 10, Holt is also receiving regular correspondence from Florida State, Miami and Notre Dame.
"He just turned 17 a few weeks ago, so this whole process is new to him," his father said. "He thought he had his mind make up a little bit ago, but he doesn't want to rush it now. He's having a good year. He's got about 17 receptions and three touchdowns. He's being used a lot like an H-back, and he's doing really well in that regards."
