One of the top players in the state of Utah has made up his mind to head to the Pacific Northwest.
Tarell Richards, a 5-foot-11, 180-pound athlete, committed to Oregon late last week. He'll play cornerback from the Ducks.
"It's just the best place and the best fit," Richards, who plays quarterback and several defensive positions in high school, said.
"There's not a better program in the nation."
Richards is a three-year starter for Hunter and has been clocked at 4.4-seconds in the 40-yard dash.
