UT, OU lead for Texas DE

Richardson (Texas) Berkner has a defensive end in one Ugo Chinasa who is having no problem picking up offers.
Kansas State, SMU, and Nebraska just threw their hat into the mix, but the 6-foot-5, 220-pound prospect already had the likes of Texas, Texas A&M, Oklahoma, and Oklahoma State among others on his offer list.

He's even got a couple of teams battling it out for his commitment in his top two.
"It have to be Texas and Oklahoma right now," Chinasa said. "Those are top caliber teams that play for Big 12 championships every year so I've got them above everybody else."
His phone has had no shortage of attention either receiving phone calls from the Texas A&M's Dennis Franchione and Texas coach Bobby Kennedy.
"I really liked talking with coach Kennedy," Chinasa said. "He was just talking about coming down to their camp which I'll probably go to. I'm also probably going to the Texas A&M camp and the LSU camp too."
As for now, Chinasa said no visits have been taken and other than camps, no others are set up. His late decision will allow time for that.
"I'm thinking after the football season," he said. "I haven't thought about anything else with recruiting and stuff just yet."
