Miami (Fla.) Jackson Quinton Flowers is listed as a three-star athlete, but his message to schools recruiting him don't bother unless you want him under center.

Flowers committed to USF in June before backing off. Now he is starting over and if programs don't want him at quarterback than he is eliminating them.
"I went to Alabama and Auburn this summer," said Flowers. "I didn't really like 'Bama because they wanted me at receiver."
According to the dynamic athlete Cincinnati, Clemson, Mississippi State, Ole Miss, and Texas are recruiting him as a signal caller.
He is working on making a top five list. Flowers will lean on his brother and cousin Andre Johnson of the Houston Texans.
Despite reneging on his commitment to the Bulls he still sees them as a viable option. USF also lost a verbal pledge from Tampa (Fla.) Wharton quarterback Chase Litton in July.
The Jackson standout said, "They are really loving me. They talk to me when they do have a chance and if I have a chance I call them. Me and coach (Telly) Lockette have always had a great relationship. To me that's who's standing out the most."
Last fall, he accounted for over 2,400 yards of total offense and 26 touchdowns leading his team to the semi-final playoff appearance in Class 4A.
