USC looks good for SoCal WR

One of the top wide receivers in the west region next year will be Alhambra's Zion Babb. The talented athlete put up big numbers last season but will anyone be able to pull him away from dad's alma mater?

Babb, 6-2, 180 pounds ha size, speed and hands and should be recruited at the national level in the spring. The receiver has earned all-league honors the past two seasons and was also named all-Valley last season after catching 54 balls for 919 yards and 11 touchdowns.
Babb has great bloodlines as his father Lance is a former hurdler at USC and the Trojans are currently looking good for the standout athlete.
"I grew up watching USC and they would definitely be my top school right now," Babb said. "I also like UCLA, Michigan, Notre Dame and Miami, that would be my top five right now. I'm still pretty open though and really haven't thought that much about recruiting.
"I've been working out with the track team after school and I work out on my own at 6:30 in the morning during the week as well. I won league last year in the 100m and 110 hurdles and I do the high jump as well but I'll only be doing football in college."
