USC Lands Nations Top JUCO

USC is positioning themselves to finish with the nation's top recruiting class once again and the commitment of the nation's top JUCO, Taitusi Lutui is a huge step in that direction.
Lutui, 6-6, 365 pounds out of Ephraim (Utah) Snow JC is a mammoth offensive line prospect who will be tough to keep out of the Trojan starting lineup next season. The lineman is a freak of an athlete who has exceptional athleticism for a player his size. He played his high school ball at Mesa (Ariz.) and was one of the top lineman in the West before signing with Utah. Lutui was not able to qualify and played at Mesa CC (Ariz.) a year ago before transferring to Snow this past year. He'll have three years to play two for the Trojans.
"I told Coach Chow and we were both excited," Lutui said. "It came down to them and Nebraska and I just felt more comfortable with the situation at USC. Nebraska hasn't hired a head coach yet and USC is competing for national championships. I tripped last weekend and loved it and as good as they are, they lose some starting offensive lineman so I'll be able to step right in."
