This is another great get for the Trojans.
Thompson’s senior season performance is drawing rave reviews and now there are some who like him just as much as Rivals.com number one rated tight end Zach Miller (6-4, 240, 4.7) from Phoenix (Ariz.) Desert Vista.
Thompson was selected all-league as junior even though he played most of the season with a cast on due to an injury. Obviously with a cast on that didn’t allow him to catch many passes, but boy did he block. As a junior, Thompson caught six passes for 125 yards and out of his six receptions, he scored three touchdowns
As a sophomore Thompson was selected all-county and all-league after catching 16 passes for 350 yards and five touchdowns.
Rivals.com will have more on Thompson ASAP.
When you’re hot, you’re hot and USC is hot.
Great get for USC.
