UNC offers 2015 R250 DT

By now word has spread about how good a player Christian Wilkins is. The junior defensive tackle from Suffield (Conn.) Suffield Academy already has over ten offers and he picked up another one just the other day.
"Earlier this week North Carolina offered me," said the 6-foot-4, 295-pound Wilkins. "I know it has the reputation for being a great academic school. They've had a few pretty good players.

"A lot of my family is from down south so I know there are some people I can talk to about the school," he said. "My grandmother is from the south and I have some other family in North and South Carolina."
Schools like Florida State, Notre Dame, Ohio State, Stanford, Penn State and other have offered Wilkins but it doesn't seem to have phased him.
"Right now I'm just taking it all in but sooner or later I'm going to have narrow things down and really start looking at where I want to end up," Wilkins said. "Right now everything is a possibility.
"I'm sure at some point I'll visit Stanford and Ohio State," he said. "We'll just have to see how it all plays out."
Suffield Academy starts camp on September 3 and the Tigers' first game isn't until September 21 at Marion (Mass.) Tabor Academy.
Wilkins' other offers include Boston College, Connecticut, Iowa, Maryland, Rutgers and Virginia.
