Ulmer impressed with Buckeyes

Many recruits were on hand in Columbus (Oh.) to see Ohio State beat Michigan and clinch an undefeated season. Washington (D.C.) St. John's College High quarterback William Ulmer was there to experience the Buckeye's historic achievement.
"It was a great atmosphere and they got the perfect season," said the 6-foot-1, 190-pound Ulmer. "After the game people stormed the field and I got to go in the locker room and hear all the speeches. I walked off the field with Braxton Miller, shook hands with Urban Meyer and I talked with another coach."

Ulmer has taken visits to Maryland, Boston College, Syracuse, Pittsburgh, Florida, West Virginia and Virginia Tech. How does this visit compare to all of the others?
"All my visits were pretty similar but none of them were like this," he explained. "It was really up-tempo and it was a whole different level."
The four-star junior has offers from Maryland, Boston College, Syracuse and North Carolina. Does he have any early favorites?
"There's no order," Ulmer said. "Ohio State is a big school and I like them a lot but everyone is equal. I like Maryland's move to the Big Ten and I like their progress. North Carolina is doing pretty well and I talked to Coach Washington from Boston College recently. I'm just keeping in touch with all the schools that are recruiting me."
How does Coach Spaziani being let go at Boston College effect Ulmer?
"You never know and we'll just wait it out and see what happens."
Ulmer is receiving a lot of attention fro many schools and he says he should be getting another offer in the near future.
"I hope the Ohio State offer comes in soon," he said. "The season is over and the coaches can watch my highlight tape."
Ulmer is not sure when and where his next visit will be.
