UK first to offer 2016 GA WR

Class of 2016 Atlanta (Ga.) Mays wide receiver Randrecous Davis lit up the field on Friday night during his school's spring scrimmage and plenty of big-time college coaches were on hand to witness the show.
While plenty of offers are likely on the way, one school only need to see Davis in practice once to pull the trigger on an offer.

"I was just working hard in practice and Kentucky liked what they saw and offered," Davis said. "They weren't even there to see me but at the end of practice my coach announced it to the team that they had offered me and it was really exciting."
Davis said he's happy to have his first offer but still needs to learn more about the Wildcats program.
"I don't know too much because I haven't done that much research yet," he said. "They sort of came from off of my radar so I'll have to take a look."
Growing up in the Atlanta area Davis said he's more familiar with Georgia and is hoping to net an offer from the Dawgs sometime soon.
"Georgia has talked to me a little bit," Davis said. "Coach McClendon went to Mays so he knows about all of us and he said they're watching me close."
Davis said he's planning on attending several camps this summer, including Georgia and LSU and will be in Athens for a 7-on-7 tournament next month.
