UGA ready to add new pledge

Atlanta The Marist School is home to one of the top two-way threats in the state of Georgia. It's also probably going to be home to the newest commitment for Georgia.
"I was up at UGA this weekend," said Pierre Easley, who is listed as a linebacker but is being recruited by Georgia as a fullback, said.

"I'm probably going to commit to them next week. I just love Georgia."
Easley, who is 6-foot-1 and 235 pounds, said the main reason Georgia leads big over offers from Boston College, Wake Forest, N.C. State, SMU and Memphis, is that he is being recruited by Dawgs head coach Mark Richt.
"He's a really nice man," Easley said. "I think I could learn to play for him really easily."
While Easley isn't quite ready to pull the trigger quite yet, he said that it could happen probably in about a week.
"Call me next week," he said. "I just need to talk some things over and make sure that everything is in order. I still might want to take a few visits. I don't know, yet."
Easley said he has been causing most of his damage at nose guard and linebacker this season.
"I've got about eight sacks," he said.
