WHAT'S NEXT?: The nation's top programs are coming after Foster. He has been taking some visits but plans on really hitting the road in the spring. Clemson and Tennessee have been the top contenders for Foster.
IN HIS WORDS: "It's great to get an offer from Georgia, especially because it's a pretty good school," said Foster. "It's a school I'll look at more because of how their defense plays. I went down there for Dawg Night in July. It was good. There were a lot of kids there. We still got to work out pretty good and it was organized well. I didn't really get to speak with any of the coaches but it was nice up there. I haven't really talked to the coaches that much but I did talk to coach Lilly for a little bit. He thought he had already offered but there a miscommunication.
"I have some more schools starting to pop in," he said. "I've been talking to Penn State a little bit. I think they're going to offer soon. I've been talking to the other schools on and off lately."
RIVALS' REACTION: Clemson and Tennessee had a good lead on the rest of the group but they are starting to come back to the pack. Foster will do his research before committing.
