The Georgia Bulldogs have reportedly picked up a verbal commitment from a top Alabama lineman.
Three-star Luverne (Ala.) offensive tackle/defensive tackle Chester Adams gave his pledge to the UGA staff, according to his brother, Lorenzo.
“Yes, he just committed to them,” Lorenzo Adams said. “He was really happy about it. He’s not home right now, but he can probably tell you more about it tonight.”
Adams (6-6, 315, 5.1) visited Athens this past weekend. He also had offers and visits scheduled with Alabama (1/16), Auburn (1/23) and Southern Miss (1/30), but may not take those trips now.
He is rated the No. 32 offensive tackle in the nation by Rivals.com.
Stay tuned for more details and comments from Adams as they develop.
