UF on top for Tabor

Back in December Rivals100 defensive back Jalen Tabor announced a top ten of Alabama, Clemson, Florida, Maryland, North Carolina, Notre Dame, Ohio State, Oklahoma, South Carolina and Tennessee. The Washington (D.C.) Friendship Collegiate Academy stand out said there was no order to those schools but now it seems an order is starting to take shape.
"Everything's going really well right now," said the 6-foot, 181-pound Tabor. "Florida, Florida State and Tennessee are coming after me the hardest but my parents' favorite school is Alabama because of Coach Saban. They see a lot of young men doing well, making to the NFL and getting degrees. They love the way he runs the program down there."

The Crimson Tide may be his parents' favorite but there is one school that Tabor says is slightly ahead of the others in his mind.
"Florida is on top right now for my but it's not by much," he explained. "Schools like Tennessee, Alabama, Florida State, South Carolina, Vanderbilt, Clemson and Maryland are really close."
The next step before Tabor narrows his list down again is taking some visits.
"I really don't even know where I'm going to visit right now," Tabor said. "There's so much going on right now with my school work and working out with my team that I'm not sure when I'm going to get around to my visits."
Tabor has a very good idea of how he wants his recruitment to progress.
"I should have a top five or six before the season, three after the season and I'll probably announce at one of the All-American games or on signing day," he said.
Tabor will be competing at the Rivals Camp Series Presented by Under Armour in Richmond.
