UCLA- Boise St battle for Moline

It's not often that we see UCLA and Boise State competing with each other for recruits but the two schools are going head to head on three players, all from Orange County. Each school picked up a commitment today and Mission Viejo (Calif.) defensive lineman Chase Moline will make his choice later in the week.
Earlier today, Los Alamitos (Calif.) wide out Jeremy Childs chose Boise State while his linebacker teammate John Hale announced for the Bruins. Moline, a 6-1, 245 pound two way lineman visited Boise this past weekend and said he should be ready to decide late next week.

"I like Boise a lot," Moline said. "Marty (Tadman, former Diablo teammate) was my host and he loves it there. He ended up playing a lot this season after looking like he would red-shirt and had an interception against Hawaii. I saw the campus and it even snowed a little on Saturday. It was a fun time, don't get me wrong, but it was real cold there and I'm not sure that's for me.
"Boise offered me and will be coming in for a home visit on Tuesday. UCLA will be coming on Thursday. Right now, I'm still leaning to UCLA, even if I have to grey shirt. I've always wanted to go to UCLA, it's close to home and I have to be close to the ocean. Plus I'm a warm weather guy and my family wants me to stay close to home so UCLA is still on top but I want to listen to the coaches when they come in this week and then I'll make my decision later in the week."
