NOTRE DAME

The Irish have several commits in the game and on Friday several of them turned in their best performances of the week. Offensive lineman Robert Hainsey was very effective in one-on-ones, showing improvement from where he started out at the beginning of the week. Tight end commit Brock Wright looks like a future star in the vein of past Notre Dame tight ends as well. This all comes on the same day when the school hired an offensive coordinator that is already drawing positive reviews from commits and major targets alike.

TEXAS A&M

The Aggies have several commits in the game, including five-star quarterback Kellen Mond. In addition to a solid day of practice, Mond went on to capture the title in the quarterback “pass attack” during the skills challenge that followed in the afternoon. Wide receiver commit Jhamon Ausbon also continues to show improvement as the week wears along and defensive end commit Tyree Johnson has also shown terrific flashes. The Aggies' 2017 class is among the nation’s best and is lived up to its billing on Friday.

GEORGIA

William Poole III

After a rough start to the week William Poole III turned in a great performance on Friday, making several pass deflections and even nabbing an interception in the end zone. Poole’s impressive play on Friday was an improvement, but the Bulldogs fans should also be encouraged by an impressive overall week from Rivals250 defensive end Robert Beal, who has been a regular in the backfield during team drills. Beal is still improving on his consistency but this week has been a big leap forward.
