Two visits scheduled for 2014 ATH

After picking up three offers during the summer, junior athlete Noah Brown of Sparta (N.J.) Pope John is in the process of putting together a very impressive season. Because of his busy schedule, Brown has yet to attend any games this fall, but has plans to check out two schools next month.
"I haven't gained any new offers, but a lot of schools have been showing a lot of interest, like Ohio State, Georgia Tech, UCLA, Notre Dame, Washington, Michigan State and Pitt," said Brown, who already has offers from Rutgers, Boston College and Temple.

While most top recruits have had a chance to attend a couple of games already this fall, Brown's schedule has made that difficult for him.
"It's been tough because all of my games are on Saturday afternoons, however I am scheduled to attend the Ohio State/Michigan game on November 24th and the Rutgers/Louisville game on November 29th," said Brown
With these two games being his first of his junior season, Brown discussed what he hopes to experience.
"I am looking to see where I feel I would fit in at any given program," he said. "Also I just want the experience of a college football stadium and the game day atmosphere."
Brown, 6-foot-2 and 195 pounds, also mentioned that there are a number of other schools he would like to check out during the winter and spring.
"Besides the two I just named, I definitely want to get a chance to visit Miami, Maryland, Georgia Tech, Notre Dame and Boston College," he said.
On the field this fall, Brown is experiencing both team and individual success.
"As a team we are doing great. We are 5-1 and in first place in our conference with two conference games left. We haven't lost since opening night," he said. "Personally, I am pretty happy with how I have been performing. I believe I have 12 touchdowns and I am leading the conference in rushing and receiving so that's a plus. I am closing in on 1,000 all-purpose yards, which was one of my personal goals for the year."
Brown has seen time at running back, wide receiver and in the defensive secondary during the season.
