Two visits are set for OL

Persistence definitely pays off. El Cajon (Calif.) Granite Hills two-star offensive tackle Andy Bickel has been sending out tape after tape and finally some schools are starting to like what they see in the 6-foot-6, 270-pounder.
"I have lined up two official visits," Bickel said. "I'm going to Wyoming next weekend, and then I'm going to Oregon State on January 20th. I kind of wish the Oregon State visit was sooner, so I can make an early decision, but we'll see what happens with that."

Bickel said he's being recruited by Wyoming assistant coach Ron Wisniewski.
"He's a nice guy," Bickel said. "He said they usually don't recruit San Diego too hard because they've had a lot of problems with guys from the area before. We sent them a lot of tapes, and they like what they see. They said when it comes to an offer, they want to see if I'm really 6-6.
"I promise you I am. I'm the real deal."
Bickel said he's still getting regular calls also from Kansas, UTEP, Idaho, Idaho State and Iowa State called him just recently.
"It's going to be key for me to find a place where I can live for a while," he said. "I'm going to be moving from Southern California, so I need to find a place that's like home."
