Two on top for South Florida LB

Hollywood (Fla.) Hollywood Hills linebacker Alex Pattee holds mjultiple scholarship offers and has two programs out in front in the race for his services.
"I have offers from Air Force, Iowa State, Akron, Colorado, Central Michigan and Arizona State," he said. "I think that's it. Wisconsin is showing interest and Wake Forest and West Virginia."

Two teams currently stand out.
"My top two right now are Central Michigan and Arizona State," he said. "At ASU I just like the whole football facility, the coaching staff, the whole football area they have around campu. I like Central Michigan because of their record and their prestige. Their coaches are good, too. I also like the fact that it's somewhat of a different area than what I'm used to."
Iowa State recently jumped in with a scholarship offer
"They are ok," Pattee said. "I have to really get to know more about the coaching staff and what kind of linebackers they have coming in. They're definitely one of my five schools that I'm going to visit.
"Coach Tony Petersen said we'll talk in a couple more weeks, I just came back from vacation, I know they really like me because they saw me during the spring game and they thought I was going to be a good fit. I'd been talking to Petersen, he texted maybe last week, he was just reassuring me that they're ready to give me an offer, and ready for me to play for them."
Pattee isn't close to making a decision, but knows he will visit Central Michigan, Arizona State and Iowa State officially.
"I think I'm going to take my time and weigh all the options and get my visits under my belt and see what school is best for me," he said.
Pattee is a two-star rated prospect according to Rivals.com.
