Two offers for Njoku

Wide receiver David Njoku has the size and athletic ability that college coaches are eager to add to their program. The Cedar Grove, N.J. junior currently has two offers and will be busy in the coming weeks with several visits scheduled.
"Recruiting is going great," said an excited Njoku. "More colleges are getting in the picture and are very interested. I am having a lot of fun."

Rutgers and Boston College were the first two schools to offer Njoku, plus he has been receiving steady interest from Penn State, Wisconsin, Connecticut, Maryland, Michigan and West Virginia. He will look to visit several of these schools soon.
"This weekend I'm visiting UConn, next weekend Rutgers, the following weekend Temple and Maryland, and I'm also planning on visiting Boston College soon," said Njoku. "I'm looking for an academic program and a good school in general."
Njoku has already taken visits to both Penn State and Rutgers during the last month.
To stay in shape, Njoku also excels on the track team.
"I'm working hard and my goal is to jump 7'2" in the high jump and 49 feet in the triple jump," said Njoku, who is using this as part of his plan to improve his skills on the gridiron. "I want to get quicker. I run a 4.5 flat and I want to trim that down."
