Considered to be one of the top players in the Northeast, Claude “Turk” McBride of Camden (N.J.) Woodrow Wilson has already taken one of his five official visits and has set up two others.
“My visit to Tennessee was really a great time, I was very impressed. Now I’m looking forward to Michigan and Miami.”
Turk will visit Michigan on Dec. 13 and, although it’s not set in stone, it looks like he will be at Miami on Dec. 6.
“My Miami visit is not confirmed, but it’s very much in the works for that date and I don’t see why it won’t work out. The only reason why it hasn’t been set up officially is because I wasn’t sure if we would have a state playoff game that weekend. We didn’t make the playoffs so that date is now open.”
Besides Tennessee, Michigan and Miami, Turk will definitely visit West Virginia as his fourth official trip.
“West Virginia has always been a favorite of mine and my brother is there. My last visit will be between Ohio State, Iowa and North Carolina. I really don’t have a favorite at this time.”
Don’t look for a quick decision from the 6-foot-4, 240-pound rush end. He plans on taking all five official trips.
