Two more offers for TE Dray

Oradell (N.J.) Bergen Catholic tight end James Dray received an early offer from Rutgers and expected others to come after combines and camps. However, the 6-foot-4, 230-pounder has two new offers before the May evaluation period even begins.
"I received offers from Virginia Tech and Stanford recently to go along with Rutgers," said Dray, who was named first team all-county, first team all-North Jersey and first team all-league as a junior. "I haven't seen Virginia Tech yet but I'm really excited to go visit. Stanford is the same way, I haven't seen it but heard great things. Both offers make me want to work that much harder to earn more."

Virginia Tech's winning ways impress Dray.
"They have a very successful football program and I also know I'd get a great education," he said. "I like Stanford because they have a great reputation for academics and I love the west coast. Rutgers has state-of-the-art facilties which is what I like."
In addition to the three schools that have offered, Dray likes a few others.
"Boston College, Notre Dame and Michigan State are also up there," he said. "Those are my six favorites. None of them really stand out right now, it's still early."
Dray plans to camp at Boston College, Rutgers, Penn State and possibly UConn this summer. He will also be at the Elite College Combine on May 5th at the New Jersey Meadowlands.
