Two more BCS offers for CB

Alex Dixon is a bigger cornerback prospect from the Tampa Bay area. Dixon, 6-1 and 185 pounds, is from Countryside High School in Clearwater, Florida. This past week he received a couple of big scholarship offers.
"The latest offers are from Kentucky and North Carolina," Dixon said. "The UNC offer came last week while Kentucky told me the offer letter is in the mail and on it's way to me. I know Kentucky plays in the hardest league in college football. UNC plays in a really good conference too. Both are great schools. I want to see them. Actually, I want to visit all the schools that have offered me."

The Wildcats and Tar Heels join Florida State, West Virginia and USF of schools that have offered Dixon.
"Right now my favorite teams are the ones that have offered. I don't have a favorite."
Dixon has already visited FSU, Florida and USF. He was hoping to visit Miami this past weekend to check out the 'Canes as well as attending the Nike Camp at the University of Miami but he couldn't make it.
"I had some transportation issues and couldn't get down to Miami for the visit or camp. I want to go to the Nike Camp in Gainesville in April but I am going to Nebraska that weekend. They are recruiting me pretty hard but they have not offered me yet. Tyler (Moore) is recruiting me hard. It's all he does with me. I have talked with coach (Bo) Pelini and the coach from there that recruits this area. They want to get me out there to see the campus and meet their coaching staff. I am looking forward to the trip."
Dixon is hoping to catch the Nike Camp at the University of Alabama on May 22nd.
