WHAT'S NEXT?: Lawler is planning on attending Georgia's game against Kentucky and N.C. State's game against Syracuse. He is also trying to plane a visit for the weekend of November 7.
IN HIS WORDS: ""I don't really know a whole lot about Oklahoma as a program other than the fact that they have a good football tradition there," Lawler said. "I've been talking with the defensive line coach over there and he's a really cool guy, probably one of the coolest people that I've been in contact with.
"My grandfather actually taught at Northwestern for about 25 years," he said. "Chicago is my favorite city and I go there three times a year to catch up with my aunt and uncle that live there. It's a really cool place. My dad and his brother grew up in Evanston. I've never been to the campus but I've always been to Chicago. I'll probably get up there in the winter or early spring."
RIVALS' REACTION: Lawler's offer sheet is exploding with big offers and there are many more still to come. Right now the instate schools are doing a very nice job with him but Lawler is the type of prospect that will have a longer recruitment and do lots of research.
