"It's West Virginia and Ohio State, in that order," four star quarterback Troy Smith's mother Tracy said.
"I think he's going to wait till signing day to decide, or maybe the day before."
Smith, a 6-foot-1 and 200 pounder from Cleveland (Ohio) Glenville, made official visits to his two finalists as well as Iowa and Toledo.

Other than which school Smith is going to select, the other unresolved issue is his academic status. Smith is waiting for his latest test score.
