Two Left For Callender

One of the top running backs in the Northeast has returned home from his first official visit. So what did he think?
"It was fun," said Andre Callender of West Orange (N.J.) Seton Hall Prep. "I had a nice time even though the campus was pretty empty. Most of the students had already left for Christmas vacation. We went to the St. John's-Wake Forest basketball game so it was a good time."

There was another New Jersey running back visiting Wake Forest as well.
"Brandon Nolen from Old Bridge was down there with me so we hung out together, Wake is recruiting him as a running back as well."
So what about a favorite?
"It's too early for me to name a favorite. This was my first official visit so I need to see the other schools before I can say who leads."
Callender will visit Clemson on Jan. 10 and Boston College (Jan. 17).
"I'm looking forward to both visits in January. If I decide to take a fourth visit, I think it might be North Carolina.
Although Andre was a marked man this year by opposing defenses, he still managed to rush for more than 1,500 yards and score 12 touchdowns. He had back-to-back games of 352 and 302 yards.
