Two lead for Storm

Storm Johnson is one of the top running back prospects from the Peach State. Johnson, from Loganville (Ga.) High School, played at state powerhouse Buford last season. He just got done with his first spring practice with his new teammates and he thinks this team can go a long way this season.
"We are done with spring ball and we have some holes but so does everyone," Johnson said. "I think I meshed well. It's a different style and different technique so I am just learning a new offense. But I do think it's more conducive for my style (of running). They are going to feed me the ball 30 to 35 times a game. I am going to run and catch the ball out of the backfield. I think I can put up some monster numbers."

Johnson, 6-1 and 217 pounds, will visit LSU next weekend. The Tigers are one of his two overall favorites at this time.
"I have a top ten and LSU and Florida are my top two of that group right now.
"LSU has a great coaching staff. They are down to earth and they came down twice to see me during spring ball. They have really put a lot of effort into recruiting me. I have been to Baton Rouge. That's a beautiful campus.
"Florida has great atmosphere. They have great fans and the coaches are so exciting. They really get after it and they create competitions at all position, all the time. It's a challenge there for everyone. You compete every day and get better.
"Michigan State, Ohio State, Oklahoma, Florida State, Tennessee, USC, Kentucky and Penn State are teams in my top 10."
Johnson has visited LSU, Florida, Tennessee, Auburn, FSU, Georgia, and Georgia Tech. After visiting Baton Rouge this weekend and he would like to get out to see Oklahoma, Penn State, Florida and Michigan State.
"I really don't have a timetable yet because I would like to make all of my official visits. I may decide during the season."
