Two lead for Gyarmati

Linebacker Paul Gyarmati out of Birmingham (Mich.) Brother Rice claims two colleges are standing out for his services at this time. Who is leading for the 6-foot-0, 215-pounder?

"I don't have any offers yet, but I'm getting interest from Michigan State, Eastern Michigan, Penn State, Virginia, Purdue, Duke and Boston College," he stated. "I can say I've always wanted to go to Boston College. I'm also starting to like Duke a lot too.

"There's something about Boston College. I visited there last fall and really liked it. It's an awesome place. It offers me a great education and they have a nice campus. I've never been to Duke before, but I've heard really good things from my former teammate Mike Cappetto. He and I are pretty close and from what I know Duke is a heck of a school. I'd love to play there; they have a really good education."

Gyarmati plans to participate in the Chicago Nike Camp in April.

Last season he registered 80 tackles, three sacks and one interception on his way to all-league and honorable mention all-area.
