Two lead for Arkansas WR

Ashdown, Ark. wide receiver Dee Williams is one of those prospects you had better keep an eye on this season. He's got good size, tested well at the NIKE camp earlier this spring and has already picked up one scholarship offer.
"I have an offer from Houston already," Williams said. "I am getting a lot of mail from Nebraska, Ohio State, Kansas State, Arkansas, LSU, Georgia Tech, Michigan State, Stanford, Harvard and Purdue. Nebraska is sending me a whole lot right now, they might be the school recruiting me the hardest except for Houston."

The 6-foot-2, 192-pound Williams attended the Fort Worth NIKE camp where he ran the 4.78 second 40-yard dash, ran the shuttle in 4.57 shuttle and posted a 31-inch vertical jump.
"My top schools right now would be Texas, Houston, Nebraska and Arkansas," Williams said. "I grew up as a Texas fan. I loved Roy Williams when he played there, I always loved watching him play. I always kind of liked Arkansas too, because they were the in-state program."
As a junior Williams caught 40 passes for 830 yards and 11 touchdowns.
"Nebraska and Houston might be out in front of the others a little bit," Williams said. "I have talked to the coaches at Nebraska and they are running a west coast offense that I really like. Houston throws the ball a whole lot and they really want me there."
In addition to the Fort Worth NIKE camp Williams attended camp at Arkansas State this summer as well as the MSL camp in Fayetteville.
"My main thing is that I want to go to a school that throws the ball around a lot," Williams said. "It's really important to find a place where I feel comfortable with the surroundings and the coaches. Playing early is something that I also would like to do."
