Two early offers for Muller

Junior offensive lineman Chris Muller of Boyertown (Pa.) has jumped out to a quick start in his recruitment with two offers. With more top programs knocking on his door, the big junior is likely to add to his offer list in the coming months.
"Recruiting is going good right now," said Muller, who is 6-foot-6 and 290 pounds. "I'm just trying to keep up with all of it."

Muller has held offers from Rutgers and Temple for a couple of months, and may be close to adding a couple more in the near future.
"The schools showing the most interest are probably Penn State, Pitt and Rutgers," said Muller, who believes that Penn State and Pitt are seriously considering offering him.
This past weekend Muller had a chance to get a closer look at Penn State, as the Nittany Lions hosted Michigan.
"It thought it was awesome," said Muller. "Seeing the field and seeing the fans was the best part. Coach McQueary said now that I see that they're interested, that he'll be talking to me soon."
No future visits have been cemented at this point, but Muller is very open-minded regarding future trips.
"I'd like to visit them all," said Muller. "If they show interest in me, they deserve it back."
This fall, Muller has seen action on both sides of the ball.
"I'm playing guard and tackle on defense, and I feel if I play well these last games, I should make the all-state team," said Muller. "And the team is doing ok. We just lost last Friday, so now we're 8-1."
